As such, we keep things simple.

Receiving
Once we have processed your order you will receive an email with your tracking number. This will allow you to stay updated throughout the shipment. Depending on where you are, the package may take a few days to arrive at your doorstep.

We send our products out from Sydney, via Australia Post, the day after you placed your order. 

Returning
We are confident you'll love our textiles as much as we do. But should you wish to return a product, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. Please contact us (info@t-owl.com.au) and we will make arrangements to return the product and ensure you're satisfied. 

Please note, given the intimate nature of most of our products, we cannot accept any returns that have been taken out of their packaging.
